Anybody know a good and inexpensive live shiner fishing guide for Lake Tarpon and/or other Central, FL lakes?
I asked this question before and never got a definitive answer. I'm trying to decide to go down to Florida in late March-late May. What is the best time to get huge bass with live golden shiners? Also, I am planning definitely hiring a guide to fish Lake Tarpon but also hiring a guide to fish another lake like Okeechobee but I don't know what other lake is a hot spot RIGHT NOW. I think I heard that Okeechobee isn't that good because of the drought. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
