i'll try to make this brief (lol) earlier today, my bf of almost 5 years pulled up his email to show me some pics of a car we are thinking about buying. while looking for the pics-i noticed his best friend from florida had emailed him so I asked how he was doing. he pulled up the email and let me read it. towards the end of the email his friend asked my bf if he was "ready to move to montana with him, buy a big house filled w/fish tanks,and a personal runway for them to fly their ultralight plane". I know his friend only meant this is fun. my bf did email him back (there was a blue arrow next to the email indicating he'd replied) and I admit-my curiosity on what his reply got to me so I went to check the sent email my bf wrote. He had deleted it! he never does this.when I questioned him on it, he got upset saying he deleted it to prevent me giving him a hard time over nothing b/c "I get upset over everything" and he was just joking around w/his friend. he went on to say his conversations between him and his friends are private and have nothing to do w/me. we had a similar incident about 3 months ago when him and another single friend of his were joking about hot chicks at the barber shop (his friend thought they were hot). my bf made a comment about some hot girl at the fedex place he goes to often to ship things for his business. he said something about purposefully shipping his packages separate just so he could go back. I was very upset about this and he supposedly realized how much my feelings were hurt-deleted the emails and said he wouldn't do it again. I know boys will be boys but I'm really worried about what he said in that email that was so bad he had to delete it to hide it from me. we looked at engagement rings about 2 weeks ago and he mentioned this when I questioned him deleting the email-he said I had no right to think anything when we had just tried on rings. thoughts?!
